Over the past decade Steve has been involved in all facets of small to medium sized enterprises. Not only has Steve spent 4 years as a Member of his Local Government Council, he has also successfully owned, operated and sold multiple businesses in his career. In addition, he has held a National Management role for a franchisor, operated as a franchisee and also as an employee. Steve is therefore able to look at your business in the most objective manner possible and provide input and advice from the perspective of an employer, an employee, or both.
Given his diverse career, Steve's believes in combining new leading edge approaches to business with principles that have been tried, tested and quite simply – work! "Surround yourself with people who have strengths where you have weaknesses," is one of Steve's core beliefs - a belief which dovetails with his conviction that just like athletes, every business benefits from skilled and specialised assistance. Steve's passion lies in getting to know and understand your business as closely as he can, then discerning what strategies can be employed to generate leads and dramatically improve business performance.
Naturally Steve's success has been recognised with numerous accolades and ongoing client recommendations. In 2006, after just 4 years in operation Steve's own business was presented with the 'International Franchise of the Year' award. In the same year, the company was also named 'Best Family Business' in his City. In 2010, when employed as a Business Strategist with a Business Coaching company in just its 2nd year of operation, Steve's efforts formed an integral part in this franchise winning the 'International Highest Sales of the Year' award.
For almost a decade, Steve has assisted a vast array of business owners, involved in numerous and varying sectors, to grow their businesses and they themselves win awards along the way. They attribute these moments of recognition to their engagement with Steve – a tremendous accolade indeed !
